The Organic Centre

The Organic Centre promotes organic horticulture through full-time training and weekend education courses. As part of their training and with the help of community gardeners they produce a range of organic vegetable, herb and fruit plants as well as seasonal organic produce. Their salad bags are so fresh and delicious and have won a national organic award for best fresh produce. They have their own brand organic apple juice which has built a huge reputation for its outstanding flavour. The Organic Centre supply the culinary sector in Leitrim and Sligo with seasonal organic produce of the best varieties of vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. We support and attend regularly local Farmers Markets.
